- Lead F45 Training classes
- Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times and offering modifications as needed
- Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45
- Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all members
- Focus on membership acquisition and retention; including conducting referral/lead generation activities
- Must have Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification through a nationally recognized organization
- Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekends
